Manaus: Dimicro works are expected to be delivered in June
“Connecting the entire energy complex, substation, the energy that will supply the warehouses, compressed air, compressor, generators, cleaning and painting the facade, all its identification (Dimicro), signage”, he explains.
In all, R$ 8.9 million were invested in the project, which aims to assist in the development of micro-industries that serve the industrial district. The secretary states that there are several small industries scattered throughout the neighborhoods of Manaus and that are prevented from growing for various reasons.
“It’s a matter of hours, environmental licensing and within Dimicro they will be able to function as an industry in fact, have all their licenses and the opportunity to grow and develop their businesses”, he explains.
According to the Municipal Department of Labor, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Setepi), the space has a wide infrastructure composed of 29 sheds that will receive micro-industries, in addition to changing rooms and an environment for decompression. The enterprise will offer conditions for excellence in the production of the companies that will operate there.
The Secretary states that Dimicro will directly generate between 300 and 400 jobs and the selection notice for the occupation is awaiting approval so that it can be disclosed, in accordance with Law No. 2,739, of April 23, 2021, which provides for the District of Micro and Small Companies in the Municipality of Manaus.
