The Bolsa Família Program is aimed at families with a monthly per capita income of less than R$218.00 and provides a monthly minimum amount of R$600 per family. In addition, an additional R$150 per child up to 6 years of age is granted.

Starting this month, Bolsa Família will pay an additional amount of 50 reais per person in the family who is pregnant. Children and adolescents from seven to eighteen years of age will also receive this supplement.

Payments are made in the last 10 business days of each month, with the payment date linked to the end of the beneficiary’s NIS. To find out if it’s your turn to receive, access the Bolsa Família or CAIXA Tem application on your cell phone.

Every month, the family responsible who receives the digital social savings account can transfer their benefit digitally through CAIXA Tem or make withdrawals on CAIXA channels.

The benefit can also be transferred using the account’s debit card and social card at Lottery Units, CAIXA Aqui Correspondents, self-service terminals and at CAIXA Branches.

The cards and passwords used for the Auxílio Brasil program remain valid and can be used to receive Bolsa Família.

It is worth remembering that, with the Social Digital Savings account, the beneficiary can make transfers, pay bills and even make PIX directly in the cell phone application.
