INDICATORS: Fatty cattle register a drop in price this Tuesday (11)

The price of the fat cattle arroba started on Tuesday (11) with a drop of 0.60%. The product is traded at R$ 257.42 in the state of São Paulo. In the financial market, the fat ox arroba also fell by 0.60%, and is quoted at R$254.70.

The moving average, that is, the last five aggregated indicators of the live cattle arroba, follows the downward trend of the entire month, which reinforces that prices may decrease or remain stable for the next few days.

The price of a kilo of frozen chicken fell by 1.03%. The product is sold at R$5.78. The price of chilled chicken per kilo has not changed and the product is still sold at R$ 5.66 in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The price of the special pork carcass rose by 4.55% and the product is sold at R$ 10.11 in wholesale in Greater São Paulo. With regard to live pigs, in the states there was a slight increase or a slight decrease in prices. In Minas Gerais, live pigs sell for R$7.13. In Paraná, the product is sold at R$ 6.25. In Santa Catarina, at R$6.20; in Rio Grande do Sul at R$6.13; and in São Paulo at R$6.66.
