INDICATORS: fat ox registers high in price this Wednesday (12)

The price of the fat ox arroba started on Wednesday (12) with an increase of 0.96%. The product is traded at R$ 259.89 in the state of São Paulo. In the financial market, the fat ox arroba also rose 0.96%, and is quoted at R$257.15.

The moving average, that is, the last five aggregated indicators of the live cattle arroba, follows the downward trend of the entire month, which reinforces that prices may decrease or remain stable for the next few days.

The price of a kilo of frozen chicken rose by 2.42%. The product is sold at R$5.92. The price of a kilogram of chilled chicken increased by 3.18% and the product is sold at R$ 5.84 in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The price of the special pork carcass rose by 0.89% and the product is sold at R$ 10.20, wholesale in Greater São Paulo. With regard to live hogs, there was a slight increase or stability in prices in the states. In Minas Gerais, live pigs sell for R$7.26. In Paraná, the product is sold at R$ 6.46. In Santa Catarina, at R$6.26; in Rio Grande do Sul at R$6.18; and in São Paulo at R$6.83.
