The price of a beef cattle fell 0.16% at the close of last Friday (31), and the product starts the week priced at R$ 221.15, in São Paulo.
The value of a kilo of frozen chicken rose 0.14%, and the product starts the week costing R$7.02. The price of chilled chicken also rose 0.14%. A kilo of the product is priced at R$7.30. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
The price of pork carcasses has not changed. In wholesalers in Greater São Paulo, a kilo is traded at R$9.66. In Minas Gerais, the value of live pigs is the same. A kilo of animal protein, in cash, costs R$6.68. In Paraná, R$6.17, and in Santa Catarina, R$5.97.
