Arabica and Robusta coffee prices rise
On Wednesday (21), the price of robusta coffee rose 1.20% and the 60-kilo bag is trading at R$1,346.10. For the 60-kilo bag of arabica, the increase was 0.60%, to R$1,437.35. According to researchers at Cepea/USP, the recent cold wave led to an increase in the commodity’s prices and producers are on alert.
For a 50-kilo bag of sugar, the price is R$129.90 in the city of São Paulo (SP), also with an increase in value. For a 60-kilo bag of corn, there was a reduction in price, sold at R$59.70, in Campinas (SP).
