Pork carcass remains stable at last closing
Live pig prices are stable in four of the five monitored states, early this Thursday (29). The kilo is traded at R$8.90 in São Paulo (SP), R$8.40 in Paraná, R$8.35 in Santa Catarina and R$8.05 in Rio Grande do Sul. Only Minas Gerais (MG) registered an increase of 0.11%, to R$8.97. For the kilo of special pork carcass, there was also stability, at R$13.15.
Meanwhile, the price of a kilo of frozen chicken fell sharply, to R$7.15, in the reference regions of Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado. In the same region, the price of a kilo of chilled chicken is R$7.37, up. As for the price of beef, the price per arroba is R$237.90.
