Fat cattle on the rise, quoted at R$265.60

This Thursday (26) beef cattle are quoted at R$265.60 in the state of São Paulo, after successive increases since last week.

The price per kilo of frozen chicken has remained stable for four consecutive closings and is trading at R$7.34. The same goes for the price per kilo of chilled chicken, which remains stable and is trading at R$7.51. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The price of special pork carcasses also remains stable and is quoted at R$12.97, in the wholesale market of Greater São Paulo. The kilo of live pig has also remained stable since last week and is quoted this Thursday (26) at R$8.96 in Minas Gerais. In Paraná, the value is R$8.52; and in Santa Catarina, R$8.41.
