Boa Gordo: week starts with a rise in the price of arroba
The price of beef cattle increased by 1.24% this Monday (30). Now, the product is sold for R$273.90 on the financial market.
The value of a kilo of frozen chicken increased by 0.54%, and the product is traded at R$7.38. The price of chilled chicken increased by 0.27%, with the product sold at R$7.53. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
The price of pork carcasses remained stable. In wholesalers in Greater São Paulo, a kilo is traded at R$13.04. In relation to live pigs, the trend was also for prices to remain unchanged in the states analyzed by Cepea. In Minas Gerais, for example, the product continues to be sold at R$8.96. The exception is São Paulo, where the price has risen and the merchandise costs R$8.97.
