Fat cattle arroba follows an upward trend, this Monday (14)
An arroba of beef costs R$ 297.50 in São Paulo, with prices rising at the last closing date. According to Cepea, there is a reduction in the price difference for the state’s arroba, compared to other regions of the country.
For chicken, the last closure was stability. In wholesalers in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado, a kilo of frozen chicken continues to be sold at R$7.44. Chilled chicken still costs R$7.57.
The price of special pork carcasses also remained stable, with a kilo sold at R$13.02 in Greater São Paulo, while live pigs are traded at R$8.96 in Minas Gerais and R$8.28 in Rio Grande do Sul.
