Live cattle: week starts with price rise
After rising 0.11%, this Monday (28) the cost of beef cattle cost R$ 313.10 in São Paulo. The result came amid an upward trend, registered in the last week.
For chicken, the last closure was due to a drop in prices. At wholesalers in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado, a kilo of frozen chicken costs R$7.52, after a drop of 0.40%. Chilled chicken had a drop in price and also costs R$7.52.
The price of special pork carcasses, in turn, remained stable and a kilo costs R$13.31 in Greater São Paulo, while live pigs are traded at R$9.03 in Minas Gerais and R$8.46 in Rio Grande do Sul.
