According to 43% of businesspeople, over the last three years the illicit activity that has evolved the most has been the sale of non-compliant products – that is, pirated, counterfeit, smuggled, stolen or stolen. Practically half of the companies also said that digital commerce increased the sale of this type of product.

The survey interviewed 250 small, medium and large companies, from 23 industrial sectors distributed across the five regions of the country. The data was obtained between November 11th and 21st and presented at the last meeting of the Brasil Legal Working Group, at the end of November.
