Ibovespa closes last session above 128 thousand points
The Brazilian stock exchange index (Ibovespa) closed the last trading session above 128 thousand points.
The price was recorded in light of investors’ reaction to November’s IPCA data. Despite there being a decline compared to December, the data came in above expectations.
In the last session, the shares with the biggest drops were Infracom, 10%; and Dotz, 9.12%.
Among the biggest increases are the shares of Lojas Americanas, 19.90%; and Gol, 13.60%.
The total volume traded on B3 was R$17 billion.
