100 richest municipalities in agriculture contribute 31.9% of Brazilian agricultural production
The highlight goes to the state of Mato Grosso at the forefront, housing 36 of the most productive municipalities in the country. The first position is occupied by Sorriso (MT), with a production of R$8.3 billion, followed by São Desidério (BA), with R$7.8 billion.
Other cities in Mato Grosso that make up this list are Sapezal, with an estimated agricultural production value of R$7,544,333 billion; Campo Novo do Parecis, with R$7,157,753; Diamantino, with 5,905,259; and Nova Ubiratã, with 5,463,407 billion, among others.
Harvested area
The 100 richest municipalities in agricultural production value occupy a harvested area of 33.1 million hectares, which corresponds to 34.5% of the total area of hectares in Brazil.
This group of 100 municipalities is distributed among 14 units of the federation. They are:

Products
In relation to products, soy remains at the top, with R$ 348.6 billion. This value corresponds to 42.8% of the total value of agricultural production. As for corn, there were also significant results, with R$101.8 billion, followed by sugarcane, with R$101.9 billion. Other crops such as cotton, oranges and coffee also had significant participation.
