After Haddad’s speeches, Ibovespa closes with a slight increase of 0.03%
The Brazilian stock exchange closed Wednesday (13) with a slight increase of 0.03% at 127,733 points. The day was full of big changes, as it started falling but, after Finance Minister Fernando Haddad’s announcement about government spending cuts, the game turned around and the Brazilian stock market rose slightly, regaining momentum.

Haddad has already said that the announcement will not be made this week, due to the Friday holiday, but stated that it will be a significant cut and reinforced the country’s commitment to maintaining the fiscal rules established last year.

In a sharp drop, Hapvida shares stand out with losses of 6.34%. CSN also fell 3.97%. CVC rose 2.36% and Embraer had a strong increase of 4.73%.
