Arabica coffee continues on a downward trend
This Wednesday (8), a 60-kilo bag of Arabica coffee costs R$1,093.08 in the city of São Paulo. Coffee prices have been falling in May.
Robusta coffee fell for the fourth consecutive time this month and a 60 kilo bag, net price, in cash, is sold at R$ 904.22 for collection in the vicinity of the producing region of Colatina and São Gabriel da Palha, in the state of Espírito Holy.
For crystal sugar, in São Paulo, the price fell to R$ 142.02, a drop of 0.48%. On the coast of São Paulo, the average price, without taxes, for a 50-kilo bag also fell, to R$137.28.
A 60 kg bag of corn had a slight drop of 0.07% and is traded at R$58.16 for the reference region of Campinas (SP).
