Arabica coffee drops 1.94% and a bag now costs R$1,286.07
The price of a 60-kilo bag of Arabica coffee decreased by 1.94% at the last close and the product starts on Monday (3) costing R$ 1,286.07, in the city of São Paulo.
The value of Robusta coffee fell sharply. A 60-kilo bag, cash, is 1.71% cheaper. The product is traded at R$ 1,149.20, for pickup in the vicinity of the producing regions of Colatina and São Gabriel da Palha, in Espírito Santo.
The price of crystal sugar, in São Paulo, rose 0.16%, and the product is priced at R$ 135.81. In Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, the average price of a 50-kilo bag decreased by 0.19%, to R$131.96.
A 60-kilo bag of corn starts on Monday costing R$59.36, in the reference region of Campinas, state of São Paulo, after an increase of 0.12% at the last closing date.
