Arabica coffee is up 2.38% and a bag now costs R$1,240.78
The price of a 60-kilo bag of Arabica coffee increased by 2.38% at the last close and the product starts on Thursday (23) costing R$ 1,240.78, in the city of São Paulo.
The value of Robusta coffee rose sharply. A 60-kilo bag, cash, is 6.44% more expensive. The product is traded at R$ 1,077.18, for pickup in the vicinity of the producing regions of Colatina and São Gabriel da Palha, in Espírito Santo.
The price of crystal sugar, in São Paulo, rose 1.16%, and the product is priced at R$ 137.20. In Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, the average price of a 50-kilo bag increased by 3.89%, to R$132.01.
A 60-kilo bag of corn starts on Thursday costing R$59.36, in the reference region of Campinas, state of São Paulo, after a drop of 0.2% at the last closing.
