Arroba do boi gordo starts the week on a high
The price of beef starts the week at R$ 230.15, in the state of São Paulo, after a 0.71% increase in the value of the product last Friday (10).
The value of a kilo of frozen chicken rose 0.42% and, therefore, the product is traded at R$7.18, this Monday. A kilo of chilled chicken is also more expensive. The price rose 1.09% and now the product costs R$7.40. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
The price of pork carcasses rose 1.33% and the value is R$ 9.89, wholesale in Greater São Paulo. For the kilogram of live pigs, there was an increase of 0.58% in Minas Gerais. The product, in cash, there, costs R$ 6.95. In Paraná, R$6.14, and in Rio Grande do Sul, R$5.89.
