Civil construction has inflation of 0.23% in April

The National Construction Cost Index-M (INCC-M), calculated by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), recorded inflation of 0.23% in April this year. The rate is higher than that of March (0.18%), but lower than that of April 2022 (0.87%).
As a result, the INCC-M accumulates inflation of 0.93% in the year and 7.48% in 12 months.
Materials and equipment had inflation of 0.14% in April, compared to a deflation (price drop) of 0.07% in March. The labor force had inflation of 0.23% in the month, a rate below the index of 0.27% of March.
