Coffee starts the week with rising prices
A 60-kilo bag of Arabica coffee is traded at R$ 2,098.06, in the city of São Paulo, this Monday (2). The value was defined after a 0.35% increase in the price of the product. For Robusta coffee, there was a 0.98% increase in price and the commodity is traded at R$1,784.02.
For crystal sugar, the record was a drop of 0.02%, with the product sold at R$ 164.55, in São Paulo. In the city of Santos, the average price, without taxes, of a 50-kilo bag fell by 1.57%, with the merchandise traded at R$159.47.
A 60-kilo bag of corn showed a 0.43% jump in price, after three consecutive drops, and is traded at R$72.77, for the reference region of Campinas (SP).
