Debt renegotiation of track 2 of Desenrola Brasil starts today

Financial institutions accredited by the Central Bank to carry out credit operations began offering, this Monday (17), the renegotiation of debts for Track 2 of the Emergency Program for Renegotiation of Debts of Delinquent Individuals (Desenrola Brasil). According to the Ministry of Finance, around 30 million Brazilians can benefit from this step.

Range 2 of the program covers the population with an income of two minimum wages – R$ 2,640 to R$ 20,000 per month. Debts can be settled through the channels indicated by the financial agents and can be paid in at least 12 installments. It is also necessary to have been included in the defaulter register by December 31, 2022.

In this phase of the program, bank debts of up to R$ 100 will also be forgiven. In this case, the name of the person will be removed from the debtors’ records by the financial institutions. According to the Ministry of Finance, with this measure around 1.5 million people will no longer have restrictions and will be able to access credit again.

Track 1

The qualification of financial agents for Track 1 of Desenrola Brasil is also now available. In this case, the financial agents will have to make the request on the platform of the Operations Guarantee Fund (FGO) Desenrolla Brasil and must comply with the business and technological criteria set forth in the FGO Desenrola Brasil Operating Procedures Manual.

It is necessary to inform the active records of defaulters in the Tier 1 profile, and provide data such as the contract number, the date of denial and entry in the default register, in addition to the initial three digits of the CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration) number. of the debtor.

People with debts of up to R$5,000 and who have an income of up to two minimum wages, or are enrolled in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico), will be able to participate in Desenrola Brasil in the stage that will start in September.
