The upward movement was driven, above all, by the significant drop in oil, amid information that Israel has no intention of attacking targets related to oil exploration in Iran. This news gave a sense of relief amid the apprehensive climate in the East Average.
The reduction in oil values usually affects the currencies of emerging countries – such as Brazil –, as these places normally have significant portions of economies based on commodities.
