The dollar ended the last session on a high, quoted at R$5.43. The commercial euro depreciated by 0.28%, quoted at R$6.01.
This movement involving currencies is related to a tendency for currencies to appreciate in most of the world’s most liquid markets. This was due to the fear surrounding the escalation of conflicts in the Middle East.
