The dollar started this Friday (10) quoted at R$ 5.14, after ending the last trading session on a high. Throughout Thursday (9), the American currency reached R$5.17. The result reverses the downward trend shown in recent weeks.
Financial market analysts consider the situation to be one of uncertainty, given the Copom’s movement around the basic interest rate, the Selic.
The euro, in turn, ended the last trading session at R$5.54.
