O dollar americano started this Wednesday (12) quoted at R$ 4.89 for purchase and sale. There was an increase of 0.43% of the American currency against the real, since the last closing.

The approval of the tax reform by the Chamber of Deputies, on the 7th of July, contributed to the good mood of the markets and a recent appreciation of the real against the dollar. Despite the high dollar, the projection of the currency until the end of the year may be R$ 4.60, according to the market.

O Ibovespa opened on Wednesday at a low of 0.61% and returns to the level of 117 thousand points. The Index is at 117,219 points.

Even with the market’s improved mood with the approval of the tax reform, Wednesday registered a negative value for the stock market.

The total volume traded on B3 is BRL 27 billion.

The shares that registered the biggest losses were Gol (GOLL4), with a fall of 5.88%, Minerva (BEEF3); with a reduction of 3.93%; and Meliuz (CASH3), which reduced by 3.37%.

The most traded shares on the stock exchange belong to the companies Energias do Brasil (ENBR3L), Vale (VALE3), Petrobras (PETR4), Itaú (ITUB4) and Banco do Brasil (BBAS3).

The biggest increases were with the shares of IRB Brasil (IRBR3), up 4.41%; Vale (VALE3), which rose 3.29%; and Hapvida (HAPV3), with an increase of 3.01%.
