Fat cattle arroba drops again, this Thursday (5)
The cost of beef cattle fell by 1.20% and now cost R$332.35 in São Paulo this Thursday (5). The drop is the fifth consecutive drop recorded in the price of the product.
Frozen chicken, in turn, had a slight drop of 0.49% in price, after registering an increase. Now, the product is traded wholesale at R$8.13, in the regions of Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado. Chilled chicken also fell 0.37% and was sold at R$8.15, the same price as frozen chicken.
The price of special pork carcasses remained stable and per kilo remains at R$ 14.99 in Greater São Paulo. Live pigs are traded at R$10.10 in São Paulo, at R$9.67 in Santa Catarina and at R$9.96 in Minas Gerais.
