Fat cattle arroba maintains upward trend in price, this Wednesday (23)
After rising 0.59% this Wednesday (23), the cost of beef cattle cost R$ 308.10 in São Paulo. The result came amid an upward trend, recording at least five consecutive increases.
For chicken, the last closure was due to a drop in prices. At wholesalers in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado, a kilo of frozen chicken costs R$7.58, after four days of rising prices. Chilled chicken also costs R$7.58.
The price of special pork carcasses, in turn, increased by 1.76% and a kilo costs R$13.31 in Greater São Paulo, while live pigs are traded at R$8.96 in Minas Gerais and R$ 8.46 in Rio Grande do Sul.
