Fat cattle become cheaper after a 0.04% drop in the price of a 15kg arroba

The price of live cattle fell 0.04% this Thursday (9). As a result, a 15 kilogram of product now costs R$ 233.05 in the state of São Paulo.

In relation to a kilo of frozen chicken, there was stability in the price for the second consecutive day and the product continues to be traded at R$ 7.14. A kilo of frozen chicken increased by 0.41%, selling for R$7.30. For both products, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

Special pork carcasses also registered an increase of 0.41% in price and are sold at R$9.70, in wholesalers in Greater São Paulo. This is the third consecutive day of increase in value. For the kilogram of live pigs, the upward trend was maintained in practically all states analyzed by Cepea, with the exception of Minas Gerais, where there was stability and the product continues to be traded at R$ 6.87.
