Fat cattle maintain an upward trend in price, this Monday (4)
After rising 0.61%, an arroba of beef began to cost R$ 320.55, in São Paulo, this Monday (4). The result came amid an upward trend, registered in the last week.
For frozen chicken, the last closing date was a 0.66% drop in price, with the product sold at R$7.48, in wholesalers in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado. Chilled chicken had an increase of 0.40% in price, and a kilo costs R$7.61.
The price of special pork carcasses, in turn, showed a jump of 2.33% and a kilo costs R$14.07 in Greater São Paulo, while live pigs are traded at R$9.53 in Minas Gerais and R$ 9.08 in Rio Grande do Sul.
