Fat cattle start Friday (22) with high prices
The price of a beef cattle rose by 0.75% and now costs R$ 347.05 in São Paulo this Friday (22).
Frozen chicken also increased, by 1.25%, and began to be traded wholesale for R$ 8.07 per kilo, the highest price this week, in the regions of Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado . Chilled chicken also had an increase in price and the product is sold at R$8.17.
The price of special pork carcasses remained at R$ 15, wholesale in Greater São Paulo, while live pigs are traded at R$ 10.12, in São Paulo, and at R$ 9.48, in Rio Grande do Sul. South.
