Fat cattle start the week priced at R$ 221.90
This Wednesday, beef cattle is priced at R$ 221.90 in the state of São Paulo, after successive drops since last week.
The value of a kilo of frozen chicken fell by 0.14% and is traded at R$7.01. A kilo of chilled chicken remains stable for the fourth day in a row with the product priced at R$ 7.29. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
The price of special pork carcasses started the week with a significant drop and had a new price reduction, with a drop of 0.72% compared to the last closing and quoted at R$ 9.71, wholesale in Greater São Paulo. The kilogram of live pigs has also been falling since last week and is quoted this Wednesday (29) at R$ 6.68 in Minas Gerais. In Paraná, the value is R$6.24; and in Santa Catarina, R$5.91.
