Live cattle starts the week priced at R$225.60 in the state of São Paulo, maintaining stability compared to last week.
The value of a kilo of frozen chicken fell by 0.14% and is traded at R$7.12. The same percentage drop recorded for a kilo of chilled chicken — 0.14% — with the product priced at R$7.34. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
The price of special pork carcasses, after successive increases last week, begins the week with a drop of 0.20% compared to the last close and the product is quoted at R$ 10.16, wholesale in Greater São Paulo. A kilo of live pigs remained stable and is priced at R$ 7.27 in Minas Gerais. In Paraná, the value is R$6.47; and in Santa Catarina, R$6.31.
