GoiásFomento: agency offers 29 properties for direct sale in 19 municipalities in the state
In the state of Goiás, 19 municipalities have 29 properties for sale through direct sales. Negotiation is offered by Agência de Fomentos, GoiásFomentos. Payment for properties can be made in installments of up to 120 installments.

The sale process takes place through a public notice of the highest offer available on the agency website and at the financial institution’s Permanent Tender Committee. Interested parties can submit their proposals until July 6th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

GoiásFomento is a privately-held mixed economy institution, regulated and monitored by the Central Bank of Brazil, under the jurisdiction of the Secretariat of State for Retomada (SER). The State of Goiás, as the majority shareholder, holds the share control of the company.

Lucas Fernandes, administrative and financial director of GoiásFomento, explains that any citizen, whether an individual or a legal entity, can acquire the properties.“ We are in the direct sale mode. That is, you will make your proposal, put it in an envelope, seal this envelope and deliver it to our headquarters here in Goiânia or you can also send it by SEDEX to the protocol department”, he completes.

According to the financial director, the agency’s goal is not to own real estate, but to make sales income available to micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and those who make the economy of the state of Goiás spin. “The money raised from the sale of these properties will be made available and reversed in favor of entrepreneurs, with subsidized interest to all Goiás entrepreneurs”, he assesses.

The properties for sale are distributed in the municipalities of Três Ranchos, Itumbiara, Trindade, Aragarças, Itaguari, Goiânia, Rio Quente, Luziânia, Aparecida de Goiânia, Santa Helena, Rio Verde, Alexânia, Caldas Novas, Ipameri, Edeia, Teresina de Goiás, New World, Uruana and Ipiranga. Values ​​range from R$ 33,750.00 to R$ 621 thousand, including the 10% discount offered by the Development Agency.
