Ibovespa ends stable trading session, quoted at 131,043 points
The Brazilian stock exchange index (Ibovespa) ended the last trading session practically stable, quoted at 131,043 points. The result came amid increased expectations for government spending cuts and amid the reduction in commodity prices outside Brazil.
The biggest falls were due to the shares of Sequoia and Infracomm, with reductions of 12.04% and 11.76%, respectively.
The biggest increases were due to the shares of Minupar, with a jump of 7.41%, and Estrela, with an increase of 6.57%.
The total volume traded on B3 was R$20.2 million, between 3.5 thousand trades.
