INDICATORS: Arabica coffee price starts lower for the second consecutive day
The 60 kg bag of Arabica coffee started on Thursday (16) with a drop of 1.72% in price. The product is sold at R$1,087.87 in the city of São Paulo. The price of robusta coffee, on the other hand, continues to fall for the sixth consecutive day and started the day with a low of 2.04%. The bag is sold at R$ 609.35 for withdrawal in Espírito Santo.
Crystal sugar also started the day with a 1.60% increase in price and the product is sold at R$ 132.11 in São Paulo. The value of a 50-kilogram bag, without taxes, for withdrawal in Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, started the day with a slight increase of 0.08% and the merchandise is sold at R$ 137.16.
The price of a 60-kilogram bag of corn opened the day with a slight rise of 0.08% in the financial market, trading at R$85.49, according to information from Cepea.
