INDICATORS: fat ox registers high in price this Friday (02)

The price of the fat ox arroba started on Friday (02) with an increase of 0.22%. The product is traded at R$ 246.65 in the state of São Paulo.

In the financial market, the fat ox arroba was also high, by 0.27%, and the quotation is R$243.25.

The moving average, that is, the last five aggregated indicators of the live cattle arroba, follows the downward trend of the entire month, which reinforces that prices may fall or remain stable for the next few days.

The price of a kilo of frozen chicken also dropped and is sold at R$ 6.00. The price of a kilogram of chilled chicken remained stable and the product is sold at R$ 6.01 in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The price of special pork carcass remained stable and the product is sold at R$ 8.77 in wholesale in Greater São Paulo. With regard to live hogs, in the states, there was price stability or a slight increase. In Minas Gerais, live pigs sell for R$5.97. In Paraná, the product is sold at R$ 5.51. In Santa Catarina, at R$5.32; in Rio Grande do Sul at R$5.70; and in São Paulo at R$5.89.
