INDICATORS: fat ox registers high in price this Tuesday (30)

The quotation of the arroba of the fat cattle started on Tuesday (30) with an increase of 1.41% in the price and the product is negotiated at R$ 259.91 in the state of São Paulo. The rise in price on Tuesday contradicts the downward movement observed in the arroba in recent days.

In the financial market, the fat cattle arroba follows the high and the quotation is R$256.90, up 1.42% compared to the previous day.

The moving average, that is, the last five aggregate indicators of the live cattle arroba, shows a decrease, which signals a possible decrease in the value for the coming weeks, according to the trend presented by the moving average.

The price of a kilo of frozen chicken remained stable and is sold at R$ 6.25. The price of a kilo of chilled chicken also remained stable and the product is sold at R$ 6.30 in Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The price of the special pork carcass fell 2.59% and the product is sold at R$ 9.03, wholesale in Greater São Paulo. With regard to live pigs, in the states, there was also a significant drop in value, at levels of -1.46% and -3.84%. In Minas Gerais, live pigs sell for R$6.07. In Paraná, the product is sold at R$ 5.71. In Santa Catarina, at R$5.51; in Rio Grande do Sul at R$5.79; and in São Paulo at R$6.08.
