INDICATORS: Fatty cattle register a drop in price this Thursday (29)

The price of the live cattle arroba started on Thursday (29) with a significant drop of 2.25%. The product is traded at R$ 255.02 in the state of São Paulo. In the financial market, the arroba of the fat ox also fell. The retreat was also 2.25% and the price is R$ 252.20.

The moving average, that is, the last five aggregated indicators of the live cattle arroba, follows the upward trend of the entire month, which reinforces that prices may fall or remain stable for the next few days.

The price of a kilo of frozen chicken registered a drop and the product is sold at R$ 6.06. The price of a kilo of chilled chicken remained stable and the product is sold at R$ 5.98 in greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The price of special pork carcass recorded a slight drop of 0.11% and the product is sold at R$ 9.20 in wholesale in Greater São Paulo. With regard to live pigs, in the states, there was price stability. In Minas Gerais, live pigs sell for R$6.47. In Paraná, the product is sold at R$ 5.81. In Rio Grande do Sul at R$5.89, in Santa Catarina, at R$5.75 and in São Paulo at R$6.29.
