Live cattle starts on Wednesday priced at R$227 in the state of São Paulo, after a slight drop of 0.72% in value.
The value per kilo of frozen chicken remained stable and is traded at R$7.18. The same stability was recorded for a kilo of chilled chicken, at R$ 7.40. For both, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
The price of special pork carcasses rose sharply by 2.33% compared to the last closing date and the product is priced at R$10.12 wholesale in Greater São Paulo. For the kilogram of live pigs there was an increase of 2.11, in Minas Gerais. As a result, the value of the product, in cash, reaches R$7.26. In Paraná, the value is R$6.33; and in Santa Catarina, R$6.29.
