On the rise, Ibovespa closes the last session at 130,660 points
The Brazilian stock exchange index (Ibovespa) closed the last trading session at 130,660 points, after an increase of 0.11%. The result came in light of market expectations about the outcome of the elections in the United States.
Investors are also paying attention to the expected announcement of spending cuts by the federal government.
The biggest increases of the day were due to the shares of Eletromidia, 43.98%, and Wetzel, 18.75%.
The biggest falls were due to the shares of Paranapanema and BRB, 8.49% and 7.81%, respectively.
