Petrobras reduces gasoline prices by 5.3% and LPG by 3.9%
The price of gasoline A, which is produced by oil refineries, without the addition of anhydrous ethanol, will have a reduction of R$ 0.14 per liter, equivalent to a reduction of 5.3%. With this, the average price per liter will be R$ 2.52.
The gasoline that reaches the final consumer at the service stations is obligatorily mixed with anhydrous ethanol, in a ratio of 73% A gasoline to 27% ethanol. Thus, Petrobras’ share in the consumer price will be, on average, R$ 1.84 for each liter sold at the pump, as informed by the company.
LPG will have its price reduced by R$ 0.10 per kg, the equivalent of a 3.9% drop in the average selling price for distributors, which will go from R$ 2.5356 to R$ 2.4356 per kg. kg. A 13kg cylinder will cost R$31.66.
In a note, Petrobras said that, in both cases, the price reduction “has as its main objectives the maintenance of the company’s price competitiveness in the face of its customers’ main supply alternatives and the necessary market share for the optimization of assets. of refining in balance with the national and international markets”, he says.
