Price of beef cattle rose, while chicken and pork remained stable
The price of arroba of beef cattle began this Friday (20) with an increase of 1.03% and the product is traded at R$ 259.95.
Chilled and frozen chicken remain stable and the kilo is being traded at R$7.50 and R$7.33, respectively, in the reference regions of Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.
Pork prices also remained stable. Special pork carcasses are being sold at R$13.01/kilo in wholesale markets in Greater São Paulo. Live pigs are being sold at R$8.96 per kilo in Minas Gerais and São Paulo, R$8.50 in Paraná, R$8.42 in Santa Catarina and R$8.13 in Rio Grande do Sul.
