Retirees and pensioners will be able to consult the extract of the 13th, from May 25
Retirees, pensioners and beneficiaries of aid from the National Social Security Institute (INSS) will be able to consult the amount they will receive from the first installment of the 13th salary, starting on May 21. On that same date, the credit statement will already be released on the Meu INSS website or application.

Payments will begin on May 25th and run through June 7th. The first beneficiaries will be those who have a benefit card ending in 1 (digit before the dash) and receive up to one minimum wage.

For those who earn above the national minimum, credits will be made from June 1st to 7th, starting with insured persons who have final enrollments 1 and 6. The first installment of the payment comes without discounts, such as Income Tax, for example.

The salary allowance will cover beneficiaries of retirement benefits, sickness allowance, accident allowance, prison allowance, death pension and other aid administered by the institute.

Economist Cesar Bergo says that the salary bonus will be paid in two installments. Between May and June.

“The transfer of the 13th salary will be made in two installments, one in May and the other in June, and will follow the usual payment schedule of the national social security institute (INSS)”, said Cesar Bergo.

In addition, Bergo points out that it is important to be aware of the debts that will be paid __ and gives tips on how to invest the amount received.

“It is important that when using this money, first, pay off debts, second, you have to be careful not to make those impulsive purchases and, if the option is to make an investment, today we don’t have the easiest one, which is the savings chain but also direct residency, because you don’t have fees and profitability is close to the selic rate. So these two investments are priorities”, highlighted the economist.

The Continuous Cash Benefit, paid to low-income seniors over 65 and people with disabilities, is equivalent to one minimum wage. Beneficiaries of Lifetime Monthly Income, maintained only for those who were already beneficiaries until December 1995, do not receive the 13th salary.
