The benefit is monthly and follows the payment schedule according to the last digit of the Social Identification Number, the NIS, of the family responsible. To find out the day of your payment, access the Bolsa Família or CAIXA Tem applications on your cell phone.

The family responsible who receives the Bolsa Família through the Social Digital Savings account can transfer money digitally through the CAIXA Tem app, making it possible to make transfers, pay bills and even make PIX directly in the mobile app.

It is also possible to withdraw the benefit with the account’s debit card or Social Card at Lottery Units, CAIXA Aqui Correspondents, self-service terminals and make withdrawals at CAIXA branches.

The cards and passwords used for the Auxílio Brasil program remain valid and can be used to receive Bolsa Família.
