The price of beef cattle falls this Tuesday (14)

The price of live cattle fell 0.65% this Tuesday (14). As a result, a 15 kilogram of product now costs R$228.65 in the state of São Paulo.

In relation to kilos of frozen and chilled chicken, there was stability in prices. The first continues to be sold at R$7.18 and the second at R$7.40. For both products, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

The special pork carcass also remains at the same price and the merchandise is sold at R$ 9.89, in wholesalers in Greater São Paulo. Stability came after a sequence of at least four days of rising values.

For the kilogram of live pigs, the upward trend was maintained in all states analyzed by Cepea. In Minas Gerais, for example, there was an increase of 2.30% and the product is sold at R$7.11. In Rio Grande do Sul, the product is traded at R$ 6.20, after a 5.26% jump in value
