The price of beef cattle falls this Wednesday (22) and the arroba costs R$ 225.10

The price of live cattle fell 0.22% this Wednesday (22). As a result, a 15 kilogram of product now costs R$225.10 in the state of São Paulo.

In relation to kilos of frozen and chilled chicken, there was stability in prices. The first continues to be sold at R$7.12 and the second at R$7.34. For both products, the reference regions are Greater São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto and Descalvado.

Special pork carcasses saw a 0.69% reduction in price and the merchandise is sold at R$10.09 in wholesalers in Greater São Paulo. For the kilogram of live pigs, the trend was towards stability in most of the states analyzed by Cepea, as is the case of Minas Gerais, where the product is sold at R$ 7.27. In Paraná, there was an increase and the merchandise costs R$6.49. In São Paulo, the record was down and the product costs R$ 7.02
