Will you need a plan B for market swings?

Companies tremble with high interest rates, with the dollar oscillating, with rules that change from one hour to the next. Thus, if there is no planning and agility in changing the course of everything, several problems may appear.

Many live from moments: high or low exchange rates, interest rates, the good moment of their products, among other things, but is it possible that when they are contrary to desires and moments, are these people protecting themselves? Looking for alternatives?

Forewarned is worth 2. We live in times past with low interest rates, real valued, several companies/entrepreneurs took advantage and will live a period that facilitated several companies to grow and expand.

But everything changed very quickly with Covidlockdown, among other problems that we have been facing for some time, causing interest rates to rise again, devaluing the real and scaring away investors, looming uncertainties among everyone.

But there is a way to prevent it if there is good planning and tranquility so that we can put other plans in place in order not to trigger layoffs or even bankruptcies in companies.

As a “good example” we have our Agro, growing with low or high exchange rates, low interest rates or not. And they have always been at full strength, producing and diversifying products so that they are sought after by buyers, both external and internal, creating jobs and contributing a lot to our national GDP.

So what was different about this sector? There were several investments and partnerships between new sectors, evolution with its IT, entrepreneurship, diversification of goods, expansion of its production field.

In other words, the same problems we had grew, such as Covid-19, the war between Russia and Ukraine, the lack of agricultural inputs — and others that could dry up their planting if there were not “other plans” to put into practice.

A solution exists, but patience and the “immediate way” we live in can disrupt everything. But we have to have a lot of discipline, with a lot of organization and tranquility.

Changes in attitudes apply to everything in our lives — personal, professional and economic — and even in companies and governments that saturate and do not see other new things to improve.

So do we have to have other plans or not?

Be infinite in attempts to promote an improvement in your personal or professional life, what you cannot do is give up.
